It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas- plus size ootd

This ootd comin’ to you from the Toronto Christmas Market, one of my favourite places in the world.

Note to self, steam your dress and paint your nails if you’re going to be taking photos, for the love of god. Anyway. Happy soon to be Christmas!!!! I’m basically Will Ferrell in that movie Elf. Even though I really hate that guy. Once November 1st hits, I’m full-on Christmas Spirit mode. I love baking cookies (and eating them, fat joke), buying Bath and Body Works Christmas candles, putting my (pink) tree up, watching Rudolph, and going to the Christmas Market.

Toronto’s annual Christmas Market is in the historic Distillery District where we used to make whisky in the 1800’s or something. There’s lights, a huge tree, a million little stalls with things like apple cider, poutine and little knick knacks. They introduced these pink trees last year (I’ve been going for- five years now?) AND OBVIOUSLY I’M OBSESSED WITH THEM. I figured they’d be the perfect backdrop for a little outfit post.

Coat- Asos (VERY similar here, I’m actually pretty excited they have this.). It’s a size 16 and I bought it 3 years ago (when I actually was a size 16) and it’s definitely still my go-to.

Dress- Universal Standard

Booties- Zara (I swear I’ll stop wearing them soon) (probably not)

Scarf- Asos (similar here)

Hat- Joe Fresh (They sent me $200 to spend on their new plus size section of their website but I thought everything was really ugly and also they only had like 20 items to choose from so I was like  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ k I guess I’ll buy PJ’s and accessories  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and now this hat isn’t even available on their website anymore so alright then)
